Song for Charlie is a family-run nonprofit charity dedicated to raising awareness about ‘fentapills’ — fake pills made of fentanyl.
REAL TALK ABOUT FAKE PILLS
Fentanyl has changed the game. Fake ‘fentapills’ are everywhere. You can’t trust any pill you get online, on social media or from a friend. Period.
With your contribution, you become a part of our team. Together, we will open eyes and change minds. Thank you for joining us.
Charlie died after taking a single Percocet, or so he thought. It turns out the pill Charlie took was a FAKE; a realistic counterfeit made of fentanyl.
Growing up in our fast-paced world is stressful. Song for Charlie is a national family-run, nonprofit charity that encourages young people to choose healthy coping strategies over self-medication. We empower students to learn and share knowledge by providing research tools and promoting peer-to-peer learning programs.

The stress you feel is real. Learning to manage it in healthy ways is an essential life skill. We have to be careful these days. Let’s explore your options and find a strategy that works for you.
PARENTS & EDUCATORS
Our first task is to inform our students and parents of the fentanyl epidemic and how fake fentapills have changed the game. We need to take self-medication off the table. We also need to offer healthier alternatives for coping with stress and anxiety. We’re here to help you develop the resources you need.
